  • Focus on strength, agility, endurance, and injury prevention

  • Ideal for football, basketball, soccer, and hockey players looking to improve their game.

  • For serious Student-athletes from 12-17 years old

Schedule & Format:

  • Training Days: Monday to Thursday

  • Session Duration: 75 minutes

  • Flexible Drop-In: Athletes can arrive anytime between 3:30 PM - 6:30 PM
