Yes. Every athlete starts with an assessment, and the program is built in phases — younger and newer athletes spend more time on movement, speed, and body control before anything heavy. "Game-speed intensity" means effort, not load.
A commercial gym gives your kid a key card and a room full of equipment. A.S.A.P. gives them a structured program built by a CSCS-certified strength and conditioning coach. We test and track lean body mass, body fat, and muscle imbalances — so progress is measured, not guessed, and athletes train safely at their level. Nobody figures it out alone here.
We train athletes who need more athleticism, explosiveness, footwork, and endurance — so they can last the whole game, match, or competition. We've worked with athletes in basketball, football, soccer, hockey, dance, and swimming. If your sport needs speed, power, and the ability to finish as strong as you start, it fits.
Yes — we strongly recommend it. Sessions are built around their game schedule. Three reasons:
1.They keep their gains. Strength and speed fade fast without training.
2.They reduce injuries. Strong, balanced muscles protect the body when games pile up.
3. They finish strong. While other athletes fade, yours keeps getting better.
